DIOXIN Victim Gary's STORY

Medical report: Wednesday, October 19, 2005
Subject: Dioxin Poisoning.

This report is to outline the medical history of Gary Green, whom is suffering from illness linked to Dioxin Poisoning.

Gary has the following Medical Syndromes

  1. Neurological
  2. Endocrine
  3. Immune
  4. Gastro

These syndromes and subsequent illnesses have debilitated and directly impacted Gary ability to engage in working activities of any description.
Gary ceased work 26th August 2003 under the instructions from medical advice and Gary will be unable to work permanently as there are no known treatments that will enable recovery fro the sicknesses suffered.

After exhausted investigations and medical testing for all possible known causes of Gary medical conditions a test for Dioxin levels was carried out and serum samples where sent to New Zealand for testing at Agri Quality Limited NZ. The results have come back positive showing excessive levels of dioxin. http://www.agriquality.co.nz

Extracts from the test report

Sample Type: Plasma/Serum
Analysis: Polychloinated dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs) & Polychloinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs)
Method: Based on USEPA Method 1613B (Isotope Dilution)
Results will be reported in picograms per gram (pg/g), equivalent to ppt, on a lipid weight basis to two significant figures. The DL value is reported to one significant figure. Results are corrected for recoveries. The sum of PCDDs and PCDFs is calculated and reported to three significant figures as a Lower, Medium, and Upper bound

The Total toxic equivalence (TEQ) ia calculated for each sample using both WHO toxic equivalency factors (WHO-TEFs) and international toxic equivalency (I-TEFs). The total WHO-TEQ and I-TEQ level is reported as a Lower, Medium, and Upper bound.

The high levels of toxic chemical Dioxin in Gary system we believe is the only possible explanation for cause to the Neurological system, Immune System, Endocrine System & Gastro System Syndromes being suffered. As we have eliminated all other medical causes, through very extensive medical testing procedures.

Gary lived in New Plymouth and I worked for Steel and Tube Nz Ltd. Directly opposite the IWD Chemical Plant which produced Dioxin used in 245T and Agent Orange.
Gary test clearly show he has been exposed to dioxin emissions and has now very high levels of this toxic chemical in his system.
